Program Information
Our program is strictly educational and is appropriate for those
students that want to learn from highly qualified instructors who hold
performance degrees from major universities.  This is a great
opportunity to learn the finest aspects of performance.  Students will
study proper vocal technique, stage make-up application, acting
technique, and movement in addition to having fun of course!  We
believe that one of the most important things for youngsters is to be
able to interact with others who share the same interests.  Many of
these students end up acquiring life-long friendships with their peers
during the course of our program.

TUITION - This includes training, materials and other fees
associated with putting on a performance.

  • We've added a new payment method this year!  You
can pay by credit card online through Paypal.  We've
also installed a payment plan which allows parents to
pay two installments of $155.  See details below.

  • For those paying in full at the parent meeting on May
19th (by cash or check) the tuition is $300 which
    includes a $10 discount.

  • If you are paying by credit card online the tuition is
    $310

  • If you are paying in two installments the tuition is $310
(first installment due May 19th - Second installment
    due by June 19th)

COSTUMES are the responsibility of the student.  It is
another great way for the student to use their creativity.
Although many students do, we do not require them to go
out and rent a costume.
We encourage them to use their
imagination and put something together by using as much of
what they already have at home.  In this show we will be
providing some of the accessories and costume parts.

CASTING:  Students will be cast as whatever role they portray
best in their audition.   It is important for the student to
understand that although we ask what role they would like to
have, he or she may not get that part.

REHEARSALS:  First Christian Church of Downers Grove
801 63rd Street, Downers Grove, IL 60516

CONFLICTS:  When you are being considered for a part, the
first thing we will look at is your conflicts.  If you will miss too
many, we will look at you for a different part that suits your
schedule.  If you refuse to state your conflicts PRIOR to being
cast but then have some that we weren't aware of,  there is a
chance you may be required to leave the program.  It is very wise
to mark ALL conflicts before auditioning.
